We offer a 30-night risk-free trial policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving the product to apply for a return.

Please return the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

If your items have been washed or used, they will be sent to one of our donation centers.

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at hello@restlinens.com. We’ll guide you through the process, providing you with a return shipping label (either at a discounted rate that will be deducted from your refund, or you can choose to arrange your own shipping).

Once your return is accepted, you'll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We’ll work quickly to resolve any issues.

Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept exchanges (unless the wrong size) for the Goose Down Duvet.
• Personal health conditions unrelated to the product's quality cannot be considered for returns. We recommend carefully considering your purchase, especially if you're unsure about potential allergies (e.g., down pillows and feather allergies).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status within 48 hours. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
